ENLIGHTENED AWARDED CONTRACT WITH DEPARTMENT OF LABOR (DOL) TO PROVIDE TRAINING AND SUPPORT OF THE DOL E-PROPERTY INITIATIVE

WASHINGTON (APRIL 24): Enlightened, Inc., an Inner City 100 and INC. 500 company, today announced that it has been awarded a contract with the US Department of Labor (DOL) to provide national training in support of their e-Property initiative. In 2002, Enlightened performed a series of enterprise-wide business process re-engineering studies for all DOL agencies. These studies developed DOL property requirements, produced a DOL policy and procedures best practices manual, and recommended a Customer-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) based solution. In addition, Enlightened created an interim customized property solution wherein agencies could house their personal property and asset information until an e-PMS tool was selected. Due to Enlightened’s success on this contract, DOL requested their support to complete the regional and national training of the selected e-PMS.

Enlightened will support the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management (OASAM) by facilitating hands on computer based training of the chosen e-Property Management System (e-PMS), Oracle Fixed Assets. As Oracle Partners and former DOL e-Property contractors Enlightened has not only extensive past performance in the e-property initiative but also expertise in designing the training curriculum and conducting training. Enlightened will be conducting DOL regional training nationwide through July 2006.
