ENLIGHTENED WINS CONTRACT WITH CSOSA TO IMPROVE SMART KIOSKS

WASHINGTON (September 28): Enlightened, Inc. ("Enlightened"), a leading provider of Information Technology (IT) consulting services, announced today it has been awarded a contract with the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) to improve their Supervision and Management Automated Record Tracking (SMART) Offender Kiosks (Kiosks).

The SMART Kiosks are used by select offenders for interaction with their probation/parole/supervised release Community Supervision Officers (CSO) and for self reporting. Enlightened will perform requirements collection and analysis, technical design and system prototyping services. The SMART Kiosks automates the supervision process by using positive biometric identifiers, such as handprint and fingerprint identification to monitor released adult offenders.
