ENLIGHTENED AND AXIOM CORPORATION JOINT VENTURE FORMS SAVANTS TECHNOLOGY LLC

WASHINGTON (May 17): Enlightened, Inc. ("Enlightened"), a leading provider of Information Technology (IT) consulting services, is pleased to announce the creation of Savants Technology LLC, a joint business venture with Axiom Corporation (Axiom).

This joint venture results in a Small Business Administration-recognized 8(a) and a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) company. The partnership between these two companies began in June 2009 when Enlightened became a SBA approved mentor to Axiom. This joint venture became official on May 17, 2010. Savants Technology LLC will combine the expertise and capabilities of both organizations and provide innovative results for all clients.

Roger House, Axiom President, said, "This is a strategic move for both Axiom and Enlightened; this will only strengthen the goals of both organizations to become a top IT service provider."
