Mr. Kenton Ogan is Enlightened’s Customer Service Manager for Enlightened’s BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) solutions. He provides senior level management for our sites all across the United States. Kenton brings to the team over ten years of management experience as well as his years of professional consulting experience.
As a leader he is responsible for the end to end deliveries of customer expectations and goals. He is accountable for leading a great service organization across multi-disciplined teams and multiple locations. He works to be an inspiring leader with a people first approach. A focus is held on team members by assessing their strengths and development needs, giving timely feedback, and partnering with our direct reports to optimize the performance of their teams across all key performance indicators. Kenton has a Customer Centric thought process with the ability to listen to customer needs, synthesize, and develop a strategy for improved business performance.
