Who We Are – Enlightened Overview

Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Washington, DC, Enlightened is an award-winning consulting firm with more than 25 years of experience delivering IT, cybersecurity, and customer service support to government and public-sector clients. Transportation is a core focus area, and we proudly support agencies including the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, and the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority.

We understand that compensation and benefits are important considerations during any transition. While we are still finalizing the full benefits structure, I want to provide immediate reassurance that Enlightened will meet your current base pay at a minimum. We are carefully reviewing existing benefit offerings to maintain strong continuity wherever feasible. As details are finalized, we will share comprehensive information and ensure you have the opportunity to discuss any questions directly with our HR team.
