ENLIGHTENED WINS REQUIREMENTS DEVELOPMENT SERVICES CONTRACT WITH THE COURT SERVICES AND OFFENDER SUPERVISION AGENCY
Enlightened To Modernize Global Positioning System and Supervision Management Automated Record Tracking System Technologies

WASHINGTON (OCTOBER 1): Enlightened, Inc. ("Enlightened"), a leading provider of Information Technology (IT) consulting services, announced today it has been awarded a contract with the District of Columbia Government’s Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA). Enlightened will provide requirements development and technical design services in support of the agency’s mission-critical case management system, Supervision Management Automated Record Tracking (SMART).

The primary goal of the project is to modernize SMART to support tracking of offender Global Positioning System (GPS) activity. As part of the contract, Enlightened will identify detailed system and business requirements to integrate GPS tracking of offenders within SMART. Enlightened will also provide detailed technical design services for the future integration effort.
