Enlightened, Inc. created an online application for the US Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) Humanitarian Assistance Program (HAP) and U.S. Military Groups (MILGPs). The application enhances information management, aid field coordination, and provides for better future HAP projects budgeting and planning.

Enlightened was requested by the US Southern Command to complete and manage the following tasks:

• Application Maintenance–creating and providing general maintenance of the application, as well as, providing application hosting, backups and regular application updates and fixes.
• Web Site Enhancements–providing the infrastructure to support video content of HAP programs, events and success stories, as well as, developing a management tool to administer and manage the project management matrix, workflow management and development of n-tier application level security architecture.
• Program Support–providing a complete catalog of all information technology being used by HAP and their function, a complete list of all current information technology projects being developed or implemented and their proposed purpose and an outline detailing how all of the Information Technology can be used to address the future needs of HAP and its area of responsibility, and development of HAP Program IT Strategy.
