- Enlightened provided project management, integration, programming, implementation, and technical support services to CJCC for the JUSTIS system project.
- Developed and implemented collaboration portal to integrate data from 13 participating DC government agencies.
- Implemented Enterprise Search, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technologies
- Developed and implemented standard’s based architecture utilizing National Information Exchange Model (NIEM)
- Provided governance oversight and implementation, policies and service level agreements (SLA’s) formulation and execution
- Provided 24x7 helpdesk support services for the implemented enterprise system
- Satisfied the strategic goal of the Office of Justice Programs (OJP)—enabling various federal and local criminal justice agencies to share critical data
